Someone from the hiring side contacted me through LinkedIn, and after I applied, the process began with an online test. The questions resembled HackerRank problems, but they came with a few videos that explained the reasoning and approach the company expected.
The difficulty felt average. This stage seemed to be testing how I reasoned rather than brute-force coding. I did not receive an offer, though the format made the expected way of thinking fairly clear. My lasting impression was that the format tried to reduce ambiguity by offering guidance upfront through the videos, even though I did not advance.
Location: Curitiba. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: no offer.
