ADCI - Karnataka Software Engineer interview: five-round technical and behavioral loop

I went through five rounds in total: an initial OA, a quick recruiter call, and then four back-to-back rounds. The technical questions covered topological graph sorting, detecting a cycle in a linked list, and an LRU cache. The behavioral round was tied to leadership principles.

The back-to-back format tested my stamina and whether I could stay consistent across different question types. The rounds were not described as the most extreme in difficulty, but the variety kept me alert because I could not rely on only one problem-solving style.

I did not receive an offer. I felt I handled each topic reasonably, but the mix of graphs, linked-list cycles, cache design, and leadership-principle behavioral work left little room for small mistakes.

Location: Canada. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
