My interview moved quickly and had a clear structure. After a short recruiter call, I had a brief Zoom conversation that began with an overview of the role and moved into a prepared set of questions. It lasted about half an hour, so there was not much room to drift, and I appreciated that clarity.
The next step was another efficient Zoom conversation with leadership. It stayed on basic fit and my background, using sales-oriented questions that quickly showed whether I was comfortable with the job's pace and expectations. At times it felt like a normal screening and fit sequence rather than a long process.
I did not receive an offer, but the experience was smoother than many others I had done: organized, direct, and relatively quick end to end.
Location: Birmingham, AL. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
