I began with a proctored online screen where I was given a coding question and had to answer verbally instead of writing code. It was a strange setup because it seemed to assess how I explained my thinking, not what I could put on the screen.

For the next rounds, I went to the Airbus office. The second and third were fairly light and focused on my projects, what I knew about Skywise and Airbus, and some behavioral questions. My last in-person round turned to AI, with questions tied to current trends in the field.

After the AI conversation, I had an HR discussion. I left with the impression that the questions followed my background more than abstract theory, but the multi-stage process was still unpredictable about what each round would emphasize. I did not receive an offer.

Location: Bengaluru. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: no offer.
