My proctored online screen felt unusual. It included a coding question, but I had to answer it verbally rather than write code in the usual way. For a screening round, it was more technical than I expected.

A couple of rounds later, I traveled to the Airbus office. The second and third rounds were easier by comparison and focused on my background, the projects I had worked on, and what I knew about Skywise and Airbus. There were behavioral questions too, which let me use examples I could discuss confidently.

The last round before HR turned to AI. I was asked about current AI topics, so I had to move beyond my own project experience. After that AI discussion, I had an HR conversation. I did not receive an offer. Overall, the process felt manageable, although the AI round was the biggest curveball.

Location: Bengaluru. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: no offer.
