Soon after applying, I completed an automated HireVue-style video interview. I answered predefined questions without a real interviewer in the room. The short preparation window before each recording felt destabilizing, although I had multiple takes for at least some responses, which made it a little less rigid.
Once HR validated the video screen, I moved into live conversations with the hiring side. Those centered on motivation, my background, and fit. Some were manager conversations after the automated stage. They relied mainly on résumé-driven questions and had limited technical depth.
The full process could stretch over weeks. My strongest reaction was adjusting to the lack of back-and-forth in the recorded interview. I did not receive an offer, but the order stayed clear: video first, then manager-led discussion.
Location: Toulouse. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: no offer.
