The recruiter stage is what I remember most, and it set a poor tone. After the HR conversation, there was back-and-forth about the roles and where my background might fit, but I never got a clear picture of what I was actually being considered for.
Instead of entering a full interview loop, I received a rejection email saying I was not selected for either role we had discussed. Another experience with Airwallex felt similarly frustrating: the steps were poorly organized, communication between them was unclear, and some questions did not seem connected to the role. Even when the screen started reasonably, the rest became disjointed enough to feel like a time sink.
There was no constructive feedback, and the decision arrived abruptly. I came away without enough clarity to know what mattered to them.
Location: Singapore. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: no offer.
