My first impression of the process was terrible because of how unprofessionally it was handled. HR was supposed to conduct the first interview, but it was not really an interview. There was no skills assessment and no questions, only a briefing about what would follow.
Then came the second technical stage. I arrived on time and waited for more than an hour, but nobody showed up. I reported it as soon as I realized what had happened. I expected at least an apology or explanation for the lost time and the preparation I had done.
No explanation or apology came. After two reminders, I still received no response. The process ended without even basic handling from HR or the people involved. Honestly, I remember it as a complete lack of respect more than a lack of fit.
