The interviews did not feel especially hostile, and the pace was manageable. After applying, I completed an automated online assessment and then had rounds that mixed straightforward coding with behavioral questions.
The live coding questions were more approachable than the horror stories I had heard. One involved finding duplicates and another resembled Longest Common Prefix. There was a lot of general behavioral discussion, while the technical conversation went further into AI than I expected. That made the process broader than algorithms alone. It did not feel built around gotcha difficulty; it seemed to ask for practical competence and clear communication.
I did not receive an offer, but it did not feel as though one catastrophic technical miss caused it. Even easy-looking questions still required reasoning and connecting the dots, especially as the discussion moved toward AI and leadership-style clarity rather than coding correctness alone.
