Behavioral (after OA): This year, there were two interviews, each 1 hour long. They team matched before the interview, so I ended up getting an offer under the team that interviewed me. Interviewers were the manager of that team and an L5 SWE (SWE II, one above entry level), both consisted of a technical leetcode-style question, then behavioral. Manager spent more time on behavioral, SWE spent more time on technical. Technical questions were easy-medium, but be prepared to discuss thought process. In manager's behavioral, be prepared to talk about your usage / projects using Generative AI (I personally got a question on how I realized output from Gen AI wasn't good and how I dealt with it), also be prepare to discuss metrics either in that project or in others. Other than that, be prepared to talk about why Amazon and discuss projects on your resume, as well as how you work with a team (talk about a problem that require in depth analysis to solve, dealing with conflict, dealing with tough or critical feedback).
