The process started with assessments before I spoke with an interviewer. I took a cognitive and technical test with a large multiple-choice portion, then a separate coding assessment with a couple of programming questions. There was also an AI-driven voice and text communication assessment.

After clearing those, I joined a shorter virtual panel that combined technical and HR-style discussion. The format mixed technical questions with behavioral prompts. On the HR side, I introduced myself and discussed strengths, weaknesses, and situational thinking. It seemed designed to assess both reasoning and clear communication.

The layered assessment sequence was harder than any single interview question. The rounds were standard, but the sequence made the process feel long and somewhat impersonal even though it targeted fundamentals and communication.

Location: Chennai. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
