I applied through the careers portal, then spoke with HR by phone about timing and my interest. From there I met senior managers and entered a final-offer path.

One technical conversation covered requirements management, sign-off, and system-architecture development with a manager and a principal. Another used questions about the stack and how my current responsibilities matched the job. When I spoke directly with the team, we also discussed fit and culture in relation to the job description.

I did not get an offer through this path, but the process felt structured. Recruiters and HR handled scheduling and purpose, while the later rounds carried the technical expectations and senior perspective.

Location: Singapore. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
