Scheduling moved quickly by email after I applied. The plan included two technical rounds and one behavioral round, with theory and coding-style questions mixed together.
In practice, it felt more like a competency evaluation than a pure coding test. Later conversations put me with technical staff, HR, and directors one after another. The technical questions were mostly basic grounding, including simple logic and theorem-level reasoning. Most of the attention was on how I discussed projects and explained my approach to problems.
The interviewers were professional and engaged, and they kept things moving. I never felt they were trying to catch me out. It seemed they wanted to understand how I worked. I received an offer and appreciated that communication and reasoning mattered as much as correctness.
