Behavioral Round

Values Alignment behavioral interview, mainly checking how well the candidate's past work experience matches the role, with these follow-up questions:

  1. The candidate had said they wanted to work in a Distributed System environment, but this role is a DevProd role, which is not a distributed systems environment. The HM asked how the candidate sees this.
  2. The candidate had always worked on customer facing teams and had no experience in a DevProd role. The HM asked whether the candidate could handle it and how they would deal with it.
