The recruiter reached out and was helpful and transparent throughout. Before I spoke with a hiring team, I received a PDF explaining each stage and what I needed to prepare. That made the process predictable, and I did not feel as though I was guessing what would happen next.
After the recruiter call, the process followed a standard pattern: an early phone or screening stage and then video interviews with sales-side managers. The interviews were structured and professional, with questions tied to the role and my fit. One co-interviewer, however, came across as rude and overly pressuring, which made the tone strained. The main interviewer stayed solid and focused on the conversation.
I did not land the role, but the process was not opaque. My takeaway was that the recruiter experience and transparency were strong, while the interpersonal quality of every interviewer was not consistent enough to offset the stress of being judged.
