The process felt organized from the beginning. I started with a recruiter conversation and then met hiring leaders. In those calls, it seemed they were comparing my experience with what they needed in an Account Executive: my approach to sales, how I described my impact and how well that experience would translate to their environment.
The hiring-manager questions were more pointed. I explained my sales process from beginning to end, including how I tracked measurable results. The discussion felt focused on fit, clear communication and whether I understood how the work actually ran. I met other team members across the rounds too, and the format stayed fairly consistent.
Near the end, I had a practical sales exercise that included a mock cold call. That was the hardest part mentally. I had to respond sharply in the moment and put what we'd discussed into practice. I'd prepared for the format, but the realistic roleplay still increased the pressure.
I didn't receive an offer. I thought the process was well planned, with clear expectations at each stage. My frustration was with how tough that last hurdle felt: even strong preparation hadn't been enough to get the result I wanted.
Location: Bengaluru. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
