After a recruiter call, I spent an in-office day getting a real look at the sales floor. I shadowed a sales rep and saw what the day-to-day work looked like beyond the usual "tell me about yourself" conversation. The process moved quickly after the introduction.
My second interview was also in the office. It used a ride-along format: I followed multiple job shadows and then had a focused follow-up conversation with the recruiter. For me, the sequence was a phone screen, in-person recruiting conversations and shadowing, and a recruiter interview near the end.
The flow was more practical than a typical corporate interview. I was walking through the work while they evaluated whether the role fit my background and interest. It felt professionally run, but I left without an offer and with the honest sense that they were assessing sales-floor readiness more than anything theoretical.
Location: United States. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
