Pandora Jewelry Account Executive Interview Experience: sell charms and bracelets

I went through a fairly structured, retail-style process for the Account Executive role. I applied online, completed a quiz, and was called to the shop for an in-person interview lasting about 20 to 30 minutes. The manager was direct and friendly, asking about my previous experience and a few personal details.

The questions weren't all abstract. I was given charms and bracelets on a tray and asked how I would sell them. I also talked through particular charms, describing what I thought they meant and what made my favorite Pandora items special to me.

The difficulty felt average. It wasn't overly technical, but the repeated cases and customer situations made me feel they were checking the consistency of my answers. I left feeling that I'd covered the job duties in a way that matched their expectations, although I couldn't shake how similar some of the prompts had been. I didn't receive an offer, but the process made clear what they wanted from my approach to customers.

Location: United Kingdom. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
