This year's Early Career interview process has two rounds, and each round includes two interviews, usually scheduled back to back on the same day. If you do well in the first round, you get invited to the second round.
Round 1
This includes a BQ (behavioral) interview and a Tech interview.
The BQ interviewer clearly had a list of questions and just went down it in order — I'd answer one and they'd move on to the next. They asked around 5-6 questions total, mainly covering:
- A challenge I've faced
- A time I had a conflict with a coworker
- How I handle a tight deadline
Tech interview
This one tested DP (dynamic programming), and it felt like LeetCode Medium difficulty.
Overall, the interview experience was really good — the process was smooth and the interviewers were all friendly.
