My process was shorter and felt focused on getting to a clear signal early. I started with a recruiter interaction where I talked through my background and interest. Then I had a second conversation that went deeper in a similar style, followed by a mock qualification and discovery call and an AE debrief.
What surprised me was how quickly the mock call fed into the decision. I expected more conversations after the simulation, but I was told they wouldn’t move forward after it. The process ended before the later leadership-style rounds, though I still understood what each stage was meant to test.
I didn’t get an offer. Looking back, I hadn’t handled the final simulation steps in the way they wanted. It wasn’t the hardest interview overall, but the sales scenario made it clear they were looking for very specific answers and execution.
Location: San Francisco, CA. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: No offer.
