Instead of feeling interrogated, it felt like a real conversation in which they were genuinely interested in my background.
The technical portion was calmer than I expected. I completed a technical assessment, followed by interviews about problem-solving and computer science fundamentals, along with discussions of my personal projects. The atmosphere stayed respectful, and I didn't feel unnecessary pressure, which helped me focus on explaining my thinking.
The difficulty across the rounds was about average, but the overall experience was what made it memorable. I finished feeling that the process was warm and organized. It wasn't effortless, but it was handled in a way that made me feel valued as a person, not just as a score.
