My interview process started before I spoke with any engineers. I submitted an application and completed coding assessments with four questions, followed by an HR phone screen. After that, the process focused heavily on live, timed problem solving.
I had two live coding rounds. One used LeetCode-style questions, and the other involved solving an actual problem from beginning to end. After the coding rounds, there was an experience and impact interview where I talked through high-level problem solving and how I had approached things in past work. Communication while solving mattered as much as reaching an answer.
The overall structure was straightforward, although the individual rounds were challenging enough that I had to stay mentally focused. I came away feeling that the bar was consistent across the stages, with interviewers evaluating both coding fundamentals and how I reasoned through decisions.
