I attended an on-campus Hexaware placement process with four rounds. Before it began, the placement team gave a pre-placement talk and explained the sequence, which made it less intimidating. The first round was a group discussion on general topics. The next was an online assessment with aptitude, technical MCQs, coding-style questions, and vibe coding.

Then came a combined technical and HR interview, followed by a separate general HR round. Difficulty depended on fundamentals and the ability to explain my approach, especially in scenario-style technical questions.

I did not clear the process, but its structure felt consistent and fundamentals-first. I came away thinking it was crackable with strong core basics and clear communication.

Location: Chennai. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
