The Hexaware process had four elimination-style rounds: a group discussion, an online assessment, a technical and HR interview, and a final general HR interview. The group discussion focused on communication. The online assessment combined aptitude, technical MCQs, debugging, short coding, and prompt-style tasks under strict time pressure.

The aptitude section included data interpretation questions on averages, ages, mixture and alligation, and seating arrangements. In the technical and HR round, most questions came from my resume, but I still needed complete and precise explanations.

I did not clear the process. The steps were structured and consistent, and staff were present and communicative. The OA pace stayed with me most because getting slowed down there affected everything after it. By the later rounds, I understood that the competition was about finishing and explaining under pressure as well as knowing the topics.

Location: Chennai. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
