Another systems design round felt less smooth because one interviewer seemed less prepared, and the follow-up questions didn't quite land as they should have. The expectations stayed consistent: be clear, keep the reasoning structured, and explain decisions under pressure.
The process was challenging because I had to balance problem-solving with clear communication while time was moving. The interviewers were generally professional, but I didn't get an offer. Looking back, what stood out most was how much the systems design portion depended on explaining trade-offs clearly, not merely having an answer.
