The process was structured and felt comprehensive. After applying, I completed an online activity and then had an initial screening call. The technical portion moved into coding interviews where I could choose the programming language. The work combined problem-solving discussions with system design questions.
There were also team fit and culture checks, along with a feedback step where they reviewed my performance and explained the next steps. One recruiter touchpoint came early, with a scheduled call followed by a home assignment. After that, I had another interview with an engineering manager and later a call with the team.
A lot of different perspectives were involved, but the communication and structure kept the process from feeling random. The difficulty was on the heavier side, and I didn't end up with an offer. It still came across as professional and organized. I remember how many areas they covered, including coding, design, and fit, so the rejection felt less like a single miss and more like a difficult, full-scope evaluation.
