After I applied, I was asked to complete two online assessments, both focused on programming-style problem solving. One centered on graphs, and the other covered scheduling. A short time later, I moved to a one-way online interview with three questions. They were technical and focused heavily on how I think about programming languages and core data structures.
The format was straightforward, but the asynchronous setup made clarity important. The language questions required me to explain tradeoffs and differences instead of simply naming topics. By the time I finished the one-way portion, the process felt focused on fundamentals and communication under time constraints. I didn’t hear back about continuing.
Overall, the experience had the fast, screen-like feel of early IMC stages. The round structure was clear, but after I submitted the video answers, there was no next step for me.
