Ipsos Research Analyst interview: fresher-friendly HR and research-fit discussions

The early rounds felt friendly and low-drama. I had an initial recruiter or HR screen about my experience and why I was applying, and the interviewer also explained what the company did. As a fresher, I was not pushed into technical questions. The conversation was more about fit and whether my interests aligned with market research.

The next steps were online or on Teams and stayed efficient: short calls, a handful of questions, and a focus on my understanding of the role, my motivations, and how I handle challenges. Even once the process went beyond the screen, it was mainly about getting to know me and my interest in research rather than testing deep knowledge.

There was some waiting before a final decision, but the process did not feel long or confusing. I felt the interviewers cared most about communication and clarity, especially how well I could explain myself.

Location: India. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: No offer.
