The process began with a recruiter touchpoint, followed soon by a technical screen that surprised me because it did not focus much on hard technical questions. Most of it was behavioral. It felt as though the interviewers were looking for something very specific, although I could not tell exactly what they were targeting.
Later conversations included many questions about company values. The conversational format made it easier to respond, and I used examples of situations I had handled in ways that matched those values. They also asked about my strengths and weaknesses. My English was part of the evaluation through spoken discussion and questions asked directly in English.
The behavioral emphasis stayed consistent rather than giving way to technical depth. The interviewers were kind and welcoming, and the office felt very professional. I did not receive an offer, but I appreciated how intentional the process seemed and left believing I had brought the mindset they were measuring.
