Sharing my interview experience at Legora for Senior Software Engineer in Stockholm, Sweden.
First was a recruiter call to chat about my past experience, background and interest in the company.
Second was a technical screen (45 mins) with one of the engineers on the team. Out of the 45 mins, 20 mins were for a project deep dive. They asked questions about tradeoffs, scale, challenges faced and what's the hardest part of this project. The next 15-20 mins were a live coding exercise which had multiple parts. You can choose any language of your choice. I chose Python and fumbled miserably and could only complete the 1st part.
The question was an easy data parsing one, with some sorting involved. The rest of the time was for me to ask the interviewer any questions.
Got a rejection the next day.
