The questions weren't hard. I applied for the analyst position — even though it lists requirements like SQL, it doesn't really seem like a technical role, so it's basically all testing behavior. As soon as you apply you get an OA. It also seems like this one can be a remote internship, which is a nice touch.
The general question types were: given an article, then multiple choice questions on it; also some questions that usually come with a specific work scenario, where you write what you would do (a short essay or a few sentences); and also a topic where you record your own answer, like pretending you're giving a presentation.
Here are some of the specific scenarios I remember:
- Your manager wants to move you from project A to project B — what would you say
- Given a few work items and their due dates, arrange the order you'd do this work over the next few days
- The project is going to be delayed — how do you notify your boss and the partner department, write an email
- The project team is diverse and communication isn't smooth — what would you do
- Based on a given document, prepare a presentation for the CEO, and record yourself giving it
Overall it's not hard, you just need to calm down and find a quiet place, because you have to type a lot...
