The process felt well organized. Some of it was technically challenging, but I never felt completely lost. After a recruiter conversation, I moved through a sequence that added up to four interviews. The discussions were professional and engaging, progressing from core coding to broader engineering questions.
I worked through a live LeetCode-style algorithms and data structures question. The rest of the loop covered backend engineering and distributed systems, with room to discuss my approach as well as the answer. There were also values-focused behavioral questions asking me to describe past situations. It felt like a fair opportunity to explain how I'd handle real problems.
I heard back with an offer in about two weeks, faster than I'd expected. What I appreciated most was how grounded the feedback and expectations felt. They pushed me, but the conversations never felt adversarial.
Location: Zapopan. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: got offer.
