I started with an online coding assessment on data structures, algorithms, and basic problem-solving. The technical interviews that followed combined live coding, system-design fundamentals, and Amazon leadership principles.
The interviewers were professional and kept asking follow-ups to understand my reasoning, not only the final answer. It was challenging, but organized enough that I could tell what they were evaluating. I did not get an offer. My main takeaway was that clarity and decision-making, especially how I explained my choices, mattered alongside the technical work.
Location: Madrid. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
