I had four one-hour interviews with people in different countries, and it was the hardest interview experience I had done. Even so, nobody was disrespectful. Everyone stayed attentive and respectful.
The mix was technical and behavioral. One round covered troubleshooting, leadership-principle questions such as Bias for Action, and GenAI fluency. Another used coding problem solving tied to Deliver Results. The hiring-manager round focused on Earn Trust, Learn and Be Curious, and Operational Excellence. The final Bar Raiser-style interview emphasized Dive Deep and Ownership.
There was no offer. My sense was that the difficulty came from the breadth of coding, troubleshooting, and leadership stories all at once, not from one gotcha question.
Location: São Paulo, São Paulo. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
