My online assessment had two DSA questions as well as multiple-choice scenario questions about leadership quality. After I was shortlisted, I had a technical online interview with two more DSA problems, and I solved them.
The interviews felt organized and consistent. They were not only about abstract coding; leadership expectations and structured thinking also showed up in the questions. Even after getting through the post-assessment rounds and solving the technical problems, I was waitlisted instead of receiving an offer. It felt as if the process kept moving without landing on a definite yes.
