Product Manager interview at Revolut

Revolut·Product Manager·Reported Jul 2026

I began with a short recruiter screen where the process, next steps, and some basics about motivation were explained. Then I moved into a practical evaluation and product-focused questions. In the problem-solving round, I worked on a trading-related prompt about improving gross profit for a trading feature. I asked clarifying questions and structured the problem myself while the interviewer stayed hands-off.

The format felt like standard PM interviewing: structured conversation, repeated requests to walk through my thinking, and an expectation that I would lead the analysis. I had received some prep material or expectations in advance, but after I did not move forward, the feedback was limited and generic.

I was turned down after the earlier screens and cases, before a final loop such as bar raiser or culture fit. The questions were not the hardest part. Fast scheduling, limited feedback, and the sense that time was not always handled carefully were.

Location: Portugal. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
