The process felt chaotic from the start. A recruiter first contacted me on LinkedIn, then passed me to another recruiter whose availability was about three weeks away. That call was cancelled at the last minute, and the rescheduling options were extremely late, around 1 a.m. and similar times. After scheduling, I was ghosted until I chased a different recruiter through contact details I had found.
Once interviews began, calls kept being cancelled and rescheduled into the last few minutes of the window. The hiring managers seemed disengaged from the beginning. The process included recruiter screening, an aptitude test, a live case-exercise interview, a take-home test, a "bar raiser" culture interview, and additional team-fit interviews. The recruiting team could be friendly, but the overall process did not feel coherent or like a genuine evaluation.
It took about two months, and I was rejected before the final call. The logistics and lack of responsiveness made it hard to feel that my work was being considered thoughtfully.
