The process felt Unstop-driven from the start, especially for campus hiring. The online assessment had roughly 80 questions, including MCQs and a few coding tasks. I solved three coding questions in a language of my choice, and that portion felt medium to hard. Selection then moved forward according to my performance.
I faced another assessment before reaching interviews. Those conversations repeatedly returned to my resume and projects. The technical rounds mixed DSA with fundamentals, and the DSA work generally sat around the LeetCode easy-to-medium range, with attention to my problem-solving approach and clarity. HR was the final step and was more about communication and fit than surprise deep dives.
It was longer than I expected, though average in difficulty overall, and I did not receive an offer. The sheer volume of the OA and the repeated shortlist stages shaped the timeline most.
