My process started with an HR phone call. I then had a fairly structured technical interview with a live coding problem and enough time to think through the approach, followed by a separate values and discussion segment. After that, I went through what felt like a larger "power day" onsite with multiple interviewers across different roles.
Some rounds focused on my resume experience. The technical conversations expected a thorough analysis, including edge cases, rather than stopping once I had a working solution. The hardest part wasn't necessarily the coding. It was keeping my reasoning clear while also being ready to work through corner cases after receiving only a brief prompt. Some rounds also included behavioral questions and values themes related to how I would work day to day.
The process took a little time from start to finish. I didn't receive an offer, but I was impressed by how seriously they treated my performance. The feedback I received later felt sincere and detailed, with comments showing that they had reviewed my code and the logic behind it. That respect, along with the care they took in looking for depth, made the rejection easier to process, even though I had hoped for the offer.
