The process felt more like interview school than a casual screen. The first round combined behavioral and technical questions, and the Superday was a series of short back-to-back conversations. Some interviewers wanted role-specific technical knowledge while others stayed behavioral, but all of it tested whether I understood the market instead of just definitions.
I was pushed on a stock pitch, industry multiples, and valuation-style technicals. When energy or wider industry context came up, it stayed tied to fundamentals. I came away encouraged by how the process ran, though I knew I had not landed every technical thread.
I did not receive an offer. The hard part was not the format itself, but keeping technical answers specific and grounded under pressure.
Location: United Kingdom. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
