The format was structured: I introduced a side project, then answered technical questions based on what I'd shared, and finally did live coding in the style of classic LeetCode problems.
The pacing felt fairly straightforward, but the interview was still technical and required me to think on my feet, especially during the live coding segment. It wasn't a casual chat. The interview was clearly assessing both the depth of my knowledge and how I worked while coding in real time. I didn't get an offer, but the process felt organized and specific to the skills they were evaluating.
