I got the internship last year. Since my timeline was pretty late, I decided to share it with everyone this year instead. Hope it helps anyone who's in the process right now.

12/2 phone screen invite
12/8 team screen, the payment invoice question.
"Part 1 is matching by invoice id; pay attention to handling the case where there's no match.
Part 2 builds on part 1 and adds amount matching: when there's no invoice id, match it to the earliest-dated invoice with the same amount. The code still has to support the previous part's logic for when there is an id.
Part 3 adds a forgiveness value: any invoice between payment +- forgiveness can be matched; pick the one with the earliest date."

I did 3/3. I think the interviewer said it wasn't necessary to finish all three parts, but in the end I raced the clock and quickly finished part 3 anyway. If you can, be fast + accurate. I made a few small mistakes along the way but fixed them quickly. (Because in the VO later I only got two parts done, so if I'd also gone 2/3 here, the offer might have been in doubt.)
12/16 VO: the email one (welcome, expire events, that kind of thing) and the bikemap question. They only gave me 45 minutes for the programming exercise. The interviewer was a somewhat serious guy who'd been working for 5+ years. Programming exercise 2/3, integration 3/5. For bike map you really need to be familiar with making requests and with how to parse the response. Reading their documentation on the spot takes a lot of time, and the examples don't quite line up with the code you actually have to write. Think of it as: they hand you the docs for an entire library, it's very long, and your specific use case isn't something you can lift straight out of the docs.
I think I got the HM call invite the very next morning.
12/29 HM chat. He felt like a very earnest person, a bit stern, but it seemed like he wanted to pull me through. I misunderstood one question and my answer went off track, and he steered me back.

Some day after 1/10 I got an email from HR for an offer call.
Some observations:
Back then I joined a Discord group, and people said NY fills up first. That's true, everyone wants to go to New York, and there are maybe 20 interns in NY total. But that doesn't mean there's no headcount left in December or even January. My timeline was already considered pretty late, and I still got SF.
I did the HM interview before Christmas and didn't hear anything until after 1/10. That long wait was torture too.
I heard that internally they stack rank all the interns who finished the HM round within a two-week window together, and then decide who gets an offer. From what I observed, that seems to be true.
