The Gallup interview and the case were the demanding parts. During the on-site case, I felt real pressure and understood that they were watching how I performed in that format. Still, each stage had a clear purpose and the interviewers stayed professional. The timeline felt deliberate instead of chaotic. I signed an offer after completing the sequence, and the way the rounds fit together is what I remember most.
