After clearing the online NQT, I was invited to a combined technical, managerial, and HR interview. The NQT included aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and coding. In the interview, the panel checked what I had put on my resume and connected it to core computer-science fundamentals.
The technical discussion covered data structures and algorithms, DBMS, OOPs, and operating systems. I also had to explain my resume projects in enough detail for them to explore my problem-solving approach and implementation choices.
It did not feel as though they were trying to trick me. They were checking whether I understood the fundamentals and could explain them clearly. The process felt professional and fairly rigorous, and I left knowing which gaps I would need to strengthen next time.
