I was first shortlisted after an online assessment in a college setting in Noida. The assessment had 25 multiple-choice questions on CS fundamentals and aptitude, and I also worked through DSA questions on HackerEarth to reach the interview stage. The next day, I went to face-to-face interviews at the same college location.
After the assessment, the day moved quickly into the interview portion. The process felt straightforward but selective, since only a limited number of people moved from the assessment into interviews. It was structured around the assessments, and although the screen was technical, the move to in-person rounds happened immediately the following day.
I did not get an offer, but the experience made the early bar clear.
