The process began with a recruiter screen covering my background and previous work. Then I had a technical interview that combined a resume review, a medium LeetCode problem, and statistics questions.
Later, I reached an in-person final round at the Stamford site. Those interviews focused on models and techniques connected to the work on my resume. The pace was fast from the beginning, and a lot depended on how clearly I could explain the reasoning behind choices I’d made in earlier work.
Overall, it felt like a standard research-track progression: an initial call, live coding and quantitative follow-ups, and an in-person final round. I didn’t get an offer, but the process made technical depth and a coherent resume feel more important than any single "gotcha" question.
