The process moved quickly through several conversations. Apart from the superday, each interview lasted around half an hour. The difficulty felt manageable, and the atmosphere was consistently "super chill." Fit and communication received more attention than technical questions, although I still needed to explain my reasoning clearly in the scenarios.
By the end, it felt like an assessment of how I thought and communicated under ordinary pressure. I didn't receive an offer. Despite how smoothly the interviews went, I wished there had been more technical evaluation and transparency.
