I just finished my Wells Fargo interview. The role is Applied Computational Intelligence intern. Before the interview I saw on RedNote that it's just a chat about your research and very relaxed, so I let my guard down, prepared a bit around my resume and went in.
It turned out they asked these questions:
- Behavioral question. I gave an example from my research, and they followed up three times on the specific model, my coding habits, and so on.
- Another behavioral question, again digging into my research, this time about diffusion architectures.
- Given a pre-trained LLM, how would you use it / evaluate it / adjust it?
- What are the components of an AI agent?
- When you write code, how do you organize functions / classes / files, do you write comments, and what files do you include when you upload to GitHub?
- Questions for the interviewer.
My resume has no LLM experience, so I basically just answered randomly. For reference only.
