They said I lacked experience with manufacturing and maintenance software. What bothered me was that this gap was already visible on my resume, so I felt it should have come up during the initial screening instead of wasting more time. Looking back, the process felt extremely long and draining, and I was left with the impression that it wasn't very efficient or considerate of candidates' schedules.
