My interview followed a classic sequence: two technical-style rounds, a manager round, and an HR touchpoint. The first technical discussion focused on my core skills and what I could actually do, with enough fundamentals to judge whether my background matched the role.
The second round was more advanced and realistic. I spoke with someone closer to a client setting, and they went deeper technically instead of relying on buzzword questions. We talked about how I handled real scenarios, and it stayed tied to software development rather than unrelated theory.
The manager round focused heavily on projects and soft skills, including my project experience and willingness to work in that environment. HR closed with salary discussion. The process was structured and clear, although challenging enough that I came out feeling tested. I did not receive an offer, but it was professional and coherent from start to finish: hard in content, not confusing in format.
Location: Hyderābād. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
